| ok so i got sick yet again!
sheesh what is goin on?! i've been to the doc 5 times in the last 2
weeks...my diagnosis went from strep and the possibility of mono to
laryngitis (and mono still)....however, i refuse
to have mono!! sooooo.......that leaves me with good ole laryngitis
which i've been fighting off for the last week. at this rate i might
not return to work at all anymore, and although it was pretty fun, hey
i'm not complaining 
also HAPPY BIRTHDAY STAN! i know you're kickin some serious judo butt in cali! hopefully see you before i leave~!!!
prior to falling ill, i finally got to see what all the hype was over purgatory,
presumably the nicest club in dallas...i wish i'd brought my cam in to
take pics because it looked realllly nice! there's 3 floors: bottom as
hell, top as heaven, and middle for all those who remain unsure. for
some reason, it was ridiculously crowded the night i went, the line
extending all the way to the back of the building! so although with
cover and vip it was $30 to get in and bypass the line, it was still
fun~i was not, however, that fond of all the groping that was going on!
blek! i had an excellent bodyguard though, good job sally!  i don't have pics of the place, i've got our before and after:

afterwards...not sure if u can tell but i am pooped!
besides resting and staying in like a good girl all week long, i
finally got my hair highlighted yesterday! it's a very subtle effect,
but i like it lots! the cam doesn't pick the color up very well though,
but here's a glimpse:
10 days before i leave! i really hope for a speedy recovery so i can
see all those near and dear to me one last time! also wanted to thank
everyone who've IMed, texted, and called me showing their concern and
checking up on me...you guys are the best!

| i have been working crazy hours lately which leaves me exhausted beyond
belief~ working in men's fragrance is interesting...i leave work
reeking of all kinds of cologne! however, i definitely have favorites
now...versace man, versace dreamer, sean john, john varvatos and zegna
tops the list thus far...check them out, they smell intoxicating!!! so
in order to celebrate my day off, yesterday i made my way to the
pool with sally and had a chill
day of eating, swimming, and shopping!
at sally's apartment complex trying to tan... we were crazy for even attempting...we were roasting within seconds!
gal pal time....oh boy am i white!
went to k-town to get some patbingsoo~ korean dessert consisting of
shaved ice, pearls, red bean, fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas,
and pineapple) AND topped with ice cream...Mmm!
later that evening, ventured off to dallas' hilton anatole to find the
busy bee himself, mr.chien! we kinda took over his room...sorry for the
invasion frank! it was fun though
he also greeted me with a furry and squishy little surprise all the way
from seattle...he also came with a cute card and hand-written poem! it
was so sweet, thx so much

frank was having a hard time parting ways...hahaha
i love mr. bear!
yesterday morning was off to a rocky start...however, i ended up having
a fun-filled day...thanks to two people in particular...ya'll made my
day

i went to see the doctor today and guess what i have? STREP 
now i'm at home, running a 102 fever....i feel so utterly weak and
horrible. now i'm coughing, having chills, and my throat glands are so
swollen i can barely swallow. i don't think i could be feeling any
worse....

finally a post! i have abandoned xanga for many months but i am finally
back, thanks to those few pals of mine who have remained loyal bloggers
just a few thoughts...
i don't know what the deal is with me coming back home and getting sick...sad~ i think i'll be seeing my doc very soon~
i have a group meeting at nordstrom's tomorrow morning, hopefully it'll go well...wish me luck!
thanks to everyone who i got to see and hang out with before i left....it was an especially fun two weeks, i'll miss you all!
looking forward to a productive summer and hanging out with all you guys back home~ so hit me up!
